We offer several types of retreats depending on the time of year and your needs. We can easily curate and combine any of the suggestions below or other ideas you may want to explore.

Grounding in Mother Nature Retreat

Forest Therapy is a new certification I have to offer. These guided walks into our private hollow will deepen your relationship with the earth and our symbiotic existence. Enjoy guided meditations connecting with your spirit guides in the animal, mineral, and plant kingdoms, soundbaths, hammock naps, and creating art within nature. If the weather is right, we will enjoy relaxing evening fires outside and stargaze in the fire circle or on the deck. End the weekend feeling like you can breathe a bit deeper, grounded, and ready for the next chapter.

Besties Weekend Exploring Wine, Food, and Art

Enjoy select wines from around the world while taking in the quiet view from our deck, or sit at the kitchen bar and learn the art of making the best pasta sauce while I tell you some stories. We’ll create vision boards, watercolor paintings, multimedia pieces, or art with nature elements like driftwood, feathers, moss, and crystals. Want to make your own bead bracelet? We can do that! You’ll also have the chance to explore downtown Eureka Springs, and maybe add in a nature walk with a relaxing soundbath for the perfect playful weekend getaway. 

Spiritual Retreat

This is a more contemplative, quiet retreat where we will dive deeply into limiting beliefs, ancestor work, and exploring your soul’s journey through past and future lives. Learn to use a pendulum or the art of working with crystals to enhance your life. Meditation and soundbaths are also on the agenda, supported by a detox diet menu. Add in nature walks and fire rituals, and you might just leap into a whole new timeline.

Suggested Stay

• Arrive Thursday afternoon – Depart Sunday

• Arrive Friday – Depart Monday morning

This allows you to fully settle in, relax, and enjoy all the offerings at an unhurried pace.

Pricing

• $325 per night per person all-inclusive with airport pickup

• $295 per night per person all-inclusive (no pickup)

• Add-ons: $125 per hour for personal or group Soul Memory or Therapy sessions

• Yoga, Pilates, Cooking Classes, Ghost Tours, and Wine Tasting prices are dependent on availability and final cost will be confirmed with you before booking.
