​Nestled within the serene beauty of Lake Arrowhead, this sacred day is designed to help you reconnect with your inner child/teenager while honoring the wisdom and guidance of your ancestors.

From 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM, you will be guided through a series of soul-nourishing activities crafted to heal and uplift your spirit:

• Guided Meditation: Connect deeply with your inner child and ancestral lineage.

• Somatic and Energy Bodywork: Release stored emotions and restore balance.

• Creative writing and intuitive exercises: Unlock your subconscious wisdom 

• Nature Hike: Ground yourself in the present moment while exploring tranquil landscapes.

• Soul Memory Exploration: Understand the patterns that hinder or support your evolution.

We will provide a light lunch to fuel your journey and conclude the day with a delicious dinner that nourishes both body and soul.

What to Bring:

• Comfortable hiking shoes for our nature walk.

• One or two photos of yourself as a child or teenager.

• Trinkets or photos of your ancestors to place on our communal altar.

• A yoga mat, blanket and pillow for comfort during meditation and bodywork sessions.

• A favorite book or two that speaks to your inner child or connects you with your ancestral roots, to be used for a creative writing exercise.

Accommodations:

Consider extending your stay to soak in the vibrant fall colors of Lake Arrowhead. A few spaces are available at Aubrey's family cabin for $70/night, including breakfast. Alternatively, you can rent your own cozy space.
