I'm excited to invite you to a truly wonderful experience I've crafted—a soothing guided meditation and sound bath, just in time for us to embrace the upcoming winter months. Let's come together to pause and reflect on all the inner and outer progress we've made on our personal journeys throughout this year.
During our time together, we'll embark on a deep breathing exercise, carefully designed to restore balance and harmony to each of your chakra energy centers. These energy centers are fundamental to our overall well-being and deserve our attention.
Our guided meditation session will gently guide you towards discovering sources of joy within yourself, fostering a connection with your inner peace and tranquility.
As a delightful treat for your senses, we'll also immerse ourselves in a vibrational sound bath. This immersive experience will work its magic on your parasympathetic nervous system, creating a serene and relaxed state of being.

Frequently Asked Questions:
Q: If I am unable to attend can I get a refund?
A: This is always a hard one for me. Because we have very limited space I will offer to refund you if someone on the waiting list is able to take your space.
A lot of time and effort goes into creating a beautiful experience for a small group.
Q: Can I bring a friend or friends?
A: Yes! Please reserve your spaces ahead of time to make sure, as we only have space for 14 meditators. Friends are welcome to join us afterward to explore the hollow and or hang out!
Q: Do I need to bring anything with me?
A: If you have a special pillow to make laying on the floor more comfortable please bring it. We have blankets, bolsters, pillows, and eye covers. A journal is also useful to write down any wisdom that may come forward from meditation.
Q: I can't lie down on the floor comfortably. Can I still join?
A: Yes, we have a reclining chair and two couches for you to enjoy and we will reserve that space for you - just let us know. You do need to be able to get down a flight of stairs.
Q: I have allergies...
A: We have two cats- they will remain upstairs. We are also in the middle of the forest. We run air filters and essential oil diffusers to keep the air as clean as possible. Please let us know if you have food allergies so that we can accommodate you.
