A few helpful notes

• Your deposit secures your place in the retreat.

• Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect your investment and any travel costs. Travel Guard comes highly recommended, though you’re welcome to use any provider you prefer.

• In the unlikely event that the retreat needs to be canceled by the hosts, all payments will be fully refunded. Flights and personal travel expenses are separate and are your responsibility.​

• If you are unable to attend and a mutually agreed upon replacement is able to take your place, your payment will be refunded.

A few things people often ask

Will I need euros in cash?

It’s helpful to have a small amount for markets and local purchases. ATMs at the airport or in town are usually the easiest way to access cash.

How do I get from the airport?

Airport pick-up and return are included. We’ll coordinate your arrival details once you’re confirmed.

Do I need any special travel documents?

We are currently monitoring entry requirements for travel to Italy, including the upcoming ETIAS travel authorization for U.S. travelers.

If this is required for your travel dates, we will guide you through the process and provide the correct link. It is a simple online application and is expected to cost a small fee, currently estimated at around 10 euros.

What if I have dietary restrictions?

We can accommodate dietary needs. Just let me know when you confirm.

What if I’m arriving from another location in Europe or Italy?

We’ll coordinate a simple meeting point in or near Florence so you can easily join the group.

Will I receive a packing list and itinerary?

Yes. Once you’re confirmed, you’ll receive a full itinerary, packing suggestions, and travel guidance.
