Thursday: Welcome and Inner Child Connection

• 3:00 pm onwards: Arrivals and check-in at the warm and inviting Good Heart Studio.

• 5:00 pm: Let's kick off our retreat with a peaceful meditation and friendly introductions.

• Evening: Come together for a delightful dinner followed by a soothing sound bath.

• Intention: Today, we're all about connecting with our Inner Child.

Friday: Nature, Creativity, and Self-Discovery

• 8:00 am - 10:00 am: Rise and shine! Enjoy a leisurely breakfast.

• Morning: In our first gathering, we'll explore Movement and Meditation amidst the beauty of nature.

• Lunch: Free time to relax and enjoy.

• Afternoon: Our second gathering is all about unleashing your creativity through Art.

• Dinner: Savor a delicious meal.

• Evening: Join us for a third gathering with Guided Meditation and a Soundbath, followed by a special Fire Ritual.

Saturday: Embrace Nature and Feminine Energy

• 8:00 am - 10:00 am: Start your day right with a hearty breakfast.

• Morning: Our first group gathering involves Movement and Meditation as we listen to our Future Selves.

• Lunch: More free time to explore or simply unwind.

• Afternoon: Join us for an adventurous Exploratory Hike to the Waterfall.

• Dinner: Tonight, we celebrate the Feminine energy.

• Evening: Gather around the fire for stories and connection.

Sunday: Wrapping Up and Sealing Intentions

• 8:00 am - 10:00 am: Enjoy a leisurely breakfast to fuel your day.

• Morning: Our final gathering includes Meditation, a Soundbath, and a special moment to seal our intentions.

• Finish: We'll wrap up around noon, depending on everyone's departure plans.

• Lunch and Snacks: Don't worry; we'll provide a delicious spread.
