Karen Gros will tantalize your taste buds and curiosity with three cooking lessons as she explains the wonderful benefits of a whole food plant-based diet. ​​

And when the sun sets, unwind amidst the tranquil melodies of nature during our evening meditation sound bath, complemented by soothing tea to nurture your soul before bed.

Here are a few details to ensure your comfort during your stay:

• 🏡 Accommodation for up to 8 guests, including boarding from Thursday evening to Sunday. 

• ✈️ Complimentary pick-up and drop-off at XNA or HRO airports for your convenience.
